How can I track the progress of my order?

When you place an order on our site, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email containing a link that will allow you to track the status of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the order has been validated, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel it. If this occurs, we invite you to contact customer service at pacha.kids.contact@gmail.com.

Is it possible to have it delivered abroad?

Yes! We deliver to all European Union member countries and internationally.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, deliveries will be made within a maximum of 30 days. Beyond these thirty days, the customer must contact Pacha kids at pacha.kids.contact@gmail.com. If it has been lost, a sworn statement for non-receipt of the package must be completed in order to proceed with a refund or a new shipment of your order.

Returns

Is it possible to return a product that does not suit me?

In accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, from the receipt of the products, the customer has a withdrawal period of 30 days. Any return request received by the Seller beyond this period will be refused.
The products must be returned to Pacha kids in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging and condition, and duly sealed. If they are unsealed, soiled, damaged, broken or damaged, they will be refused.

I received my order with a defective product, what should I do?

We invite you to send an email to pacha.kids.contact@gmail.com, containing your order number, accompanied by a photo as proof. This way, we can initiate compensation.
